By providing your phone number to Land Boss through any online form, opt-in mechanism, or direct inquiry, you explicitly consent to the following:

• Program Description: Land Boss may send text messages and place phone calls regarding property listings, land acquisitions, offer updates, account notifications, or promotional/marketing materials.
• Consent to Communication: You agree that Land Boss may contact you at the phone number provided using automated technology, including automated dialing systems and pre-recorded messages, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the nature of your inquiry (e.g., real estate transaction updates or ongoing alerts).
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan. Land Boss is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider for receiving or sending messages.
• How to Opt-Out (Stop Messages): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Land Boss, reply "STOP" to any mobile message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
